Recommend for a short visit

Comfortable room, tasty breakfast, the staff's friendliness made our stay really good, especially with their helpful recommendations for exploring the island's beautiful spots.

Nothing it was perfect

Cleaning, facilities and services provided therein.

They changed my room because of a staff error, when I had everything installed. . The definitive room after the change was not of the same characteristics as the previous one, because it had smaller size and to emphasize in the bathroom the washbasin was too small.

The hotel is totally focused on the German tourist, from breakfast to entertainment, which is in German. Breakfast varied but industrialized, pastries cereal yogurt... There is a lack of products from the land

The breakfast features proper back bacon, a rare treat that makes mornings more enjoyable. Cleanliness is a standout, with super clean rooms that provide a comfortable atmosphere.

Room bathrooms are on the compact side, which might feel cramped, especially considering the overall room size. Noise from nearby bars can interrupt sleep, and the limited evening entertainment inside the hotel doesn't help to keep the atmosphere lively when the sun goes down.

New-fashioned rooms with balcony, and great and perfect location. Excellent food, cereal and pastries.

Good value for money for an all-inclusive. Bus stop at the door allowing you to go to Palma and other nearby sites (Magaluf, Santa Ponsa, el Toro, Portals Nous) and airport with ease (see TIB). Good rest (unless you are touched by noisy neighbors). Adequate range of meal times. right food.

That in the all-inclusive there was no dark rum. That the bar opened at 11:00 a.m. (afternoon)

a Noise from nearby bars

We booked this hotel for the 24th of june for 5 nights when we arrived we were told that the hotel was overbooked and that we had to stay at the sister hotel nearby. we were allowed to use the facilities of both hotels but would have prefered to stay at the bermudas as the other hotel was used by mostly 18-30 year olds staff helpful but not happy being placed in a hotel we hadnt booked

Food was varied hotel kept nicely clean cannot comment on the room as we were put in its sister hotel close by

The room is very spacious, very comfortable bed and bathroom very complete. Varied breakfast with a variety of vegetable milks, types of bread and island products.

A pleasant surprise in Palma Nova

The hotel was impeccably clean, and our spacious junior suite featured a wonderful shower. The friendly bar staff and excellent food selection.

Our room's bathroom felt a bit dated, and we occasionally heard noise from the hall. The limited evening entertainment left something to be desired, especially after lively days.

Modern hotel in an excellent position in the flooded area. Satisfactory breakfast with plenty of cereal and pastries to satisfy every guest. Location not far from the center of Palma and Magaluf, a beautiful beach which was lovely for early morning or after dinner walks and golf Fantasia, which was really good fun.

I spent a night on the island processing. Large and comfortable room. Correct facilities, free wifi very well, breakfast buffet varied with local products.

Perfect holiday vibes!

The pool area is super chill, no rushing for sunbeds, awesome. The staff were really friendly and even brought my kid some pool toys to share around. Only thing was the bathroom was kinda tight, but it didn't ruin anything. The poolside snack bar was a lifesaver for quick bites!

It was friendly, mostly French which was nice close to the beach.
